Trade Partners, also known as "sub-contractors" and "suppliers", are a vital part of any homebuilding company. Putting together a team of quality craftsmen and suppliers that possess the same integrity and attitude towards the home building process as we do is the most important thing that we can do. We don't switch trade partners to save a little bit here and there like many builders do. We build a team and stick with them. This attitude creates an environment of mutual respect and adds to the tradesmen's desire to be associated with Sovereign Homes.

Sign and return the Subcontractor Guidelines, the W-9 form and provide General Liability and Worker's Comp Insurance Certificates. If you qualify you may file an Affidavit of Independant Contractor form in lieu of Worker's Comp Insurance.
