Therefore, you will be in constant communication with the Sales, Decorating and Construction consultants to ensure that your expectations are met and that the experience is fun and exciting.
When you sign a contract with Sovereign Homes you will be presented with a Homeowner's Manual prepared by Sovereign Homes for our customers. This manual contains valuable information concerning the entire process of building and caring for your new home. We strongly suggest that you read this manual before your first meeting with Sovereign Homes.
Prior to beginning construction you will meet with the builder to discuss any changes or alterations that you might have in mind. During this time we will discuss various options and upgrades that need to be decided upon before the foundation is poured. You will also have an opportunity to discuss any concerns that you might have, ask questions about the process and in general get to know Sovereign Homes a little better. We try to make this a very relaxed yet informative meeting as we begin the journey of building your new home.
